Shipping
Free shipping on orders over €50 in the Netherlands and Belgium, and over €150 in other eligible European countries. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Dispatch and delivery times may vary during busy periods and holidays. Track your order through our tracking dashboard.

Returns
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Gift cards are non-refundable.
